Founded in 2019 by Katelyn, a Registered Nurse with over a decade of healthcare experience, Kate’s Transportation was born out of compassion and a simple mission: no one should miss a vital appointment or special moment because of transportation challenges.
We provide non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) to individuals across Muskegon and surrounding areas, with a focus on safety, dignity, and dependable service. Our clients include seniors, individuals with disabilities, patients recovering from surgery, and anyone who needs reliable, assisted transportation.

Driver Screening: All drivers are licensed chauffeurs and go through background checks and driving record screenings.

Vehicle Standards: Every van is ADA-compliant, regularly maintained, and equipped with fire extinguishers, first aid kits, and heating/AC.
